Professional & Personal story
When I take the time to get quiet and reflect on my life thus far, I'm in awe, really. What a life I have lived!! As I say in one of my blog's; I am no Lady Gaga, and I was NOT made this way!
It's taken a lifetime of experiences, good AND bad decisions, soul searching, spirituality, working through (and owning) my own shit (again and again). Mostly, it's taken A LOT of my own hard work to recognize that I was given my life and all of its experiences to use as a tool to inspire and empower others.
Through my life people have come to me for advice, an ear, a pep talk, a reading, a joke, a lecture...I mean, perfect strangers bare their soul's to me (pretty frequently, actually). Sometimes there's even tears!
I'm a natural cheerleader. I LIVE to light people up, to encourage, plant the seed, lend a listening ear, push people's limits, and empathize in order to understand each individual/business and their process.
I'm ALWAYS asking myself how I can help or at least make some sort of soul impression. I mean, I have been in Marketing, Recruitment, Human Resources AND am in the coaching space! It's pretty clear to see.
Anyway - There's no reason you can't unpack your baggage, and toss out all of those scarlet letters - I know because I am PROOF! Part of my journey is to share my journey, check out my blog.

Professional Path
In 2000, I landed an entry level position in the promotional department for a pharmaceutical company. It was in that moment that I realized that I LOVED marketing!
My marketing career went full circle! I started in promotional material to print, to political & ad campaigns, product launches, company rebrands and at the end of my career, I was coaching all size business owners how to be seen as an expert in their specific industry and how to properly market themselves to their candidate market and other business professionals.
Fast forward to 2016 - I found myself fresh on the job market after completing a business rebrand project and my recruiter at the time called me and said, "Have you ever thought about being a recruiter?" I mean, NO but it wasn't a half bad idea - market people rather than a product or service.
It made sense when I transitioned to staffing; first as an agency recruiter, where I learned all of the ins and outs of recruiting for multiple industries at once as well as selling staffing services to large and small businesses.
After a while it was clear that I wanted to work in HR, representing one company and culture as a corporate recruiter. I love that the recruitment process turned into the candidate experience which morphed into employee engagement and corporate culture. In my career, I have proudly placed well over 1,000 candidates in positions across multiple industries.
While having a successful marketing and recruiting career, I was also driven to have my own business. In 2018, my husband surprised me with a business license. KRT Consulting Group was born!
KRT Consulting Group continues to grow as we now offer direct hire services, HR consulting, Career, Personal/Spiritual development services.
Most recently, we have started partnering with other consultants to create a more diverse portfolio of offerings for both business, career, and personal clients.
With humility & authenticity I continue to grow and I can't wait to help you do the same!
Spiritual Path
I'm Hawaiian and, I come from a long line of healers, seers and spiritually connected ancestors. You can definitely say it's in my blood, part of who I am and most definitely the main source of my "magic."
In addition to being Hawaiian, which is a gift in itself, I was also born sensitive and have experiences with spirit throughout my entire life. My earliest childhood memory is of me having a vision. Growing up sensitive, in a home that was built in 1934 was interesting. It was never a dull moment with the action of that home! Between the residual hauntings of men's shoes shuffling up and down stairs (that were not there). Up and down halls (that were not there) and Grandpa Jak. That place ensured I would have many years of personal experiences to draw from.
Knowing that I felt a little "different" from day one, as soon as it started to click, I started researching! Things such as various religions, auras, spirituality, astrology, spirit, the afterlife, energy, historical characters through history, reincarnation, aliens, the universe, angels, channeling, tarot, quantum physics, oracle, manifestation, mediumship, human design, akashic records, the universal laws and SO much more. The drive to gather knowledge never stops.
It's always so hard to say what I do, what I am. I like to say that I am an empathic intuitive, with a side of higher self channeling. All that which for means I can feel/read others energy, feelings and emotions. When I say, "I feel you," I LITERALLY feel you, all of it! Channeling, reading cards, energy healings, spiritual mentorship are some of my current passions! In 2018, I started online support groups for women, which lead to personal coaching.
I find so much joy in helping others find and understand their gifts and abilities.
